The is easily the worst interview process I have ever gone through in my life. I have read all the negative reviews, and should have been prepared, but thought it could be different since I was referred by a friend who works there. Started with a screening and then a Skype interview. They then moved me onto an office visit, which is strange in itself. They had me spend 30 minutes in another interview, then an hour shadowing their front desk? Then a 30 minute interview again with their Director. It seemed like it all went great, and they told me they would be in touch no later than Monday. Monday came and went, Tuesday came and went, and so on. Finally I sent a follow up email to the recruiter at 11am on Thursday. She responded at 9pm that evening? What?! She said she will follow up before the weekend. I get a call at 5pm, the latest she possibly could "Before the weekend" to tell me I'm not what they are looking for. In all honesty, It's a blessing I wasn't offered the job, based on the endless amount of negative reviews that come from their company, and the way the bleed cash, I would't be surprised if they company isn't around much longer. WeWork is a joke.

Le processus de recrutement s'est déroulé dans un espace WeWork à Paris avec deux managers de l'équipe Community. L'entretien portait sur mon parcours professionnel, mon expérience en relation client et ma capacité à créer du lien entre les membres. Les échanges ont été professionnels, bien structurés et les managers ont pris le temps de répondre à mes questions sur le poste et l'entreprise. Une expérience globalement positive et respectueuse.
