Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. El proceso duró 3 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en WeWork (New York, NY) en jun 2017
Entrevista
I interviewed to be a WeWork Community Associate in June. The recruiter that I was communicating with was extremely nice and helpful. I started off with one video chat interview, and then continued with two in person interview, and lastly a video chat interview with one of the Directors. Everyone that I interviewed with was extremely nice.
The interview process for this entry level role took way too long. On one occasion, my interview was rescheduled on the same day, 2 hours before I was about to go into the city to interview. I found this to be extremely unprofessional... I started interviewing in June, and finished in mid September. After interviewing many times, I assumed that I was definitely getting the role because I had positive feedback from each interview. Out of nowhere, they told me that I did not get the position after I had waited around for months. I was extremely disappointed with the way the management team handled this.

entrevista online com recrutadora bem direta, tranquila e dinâmica. vaga com salário abaixo do mercado, mas boa oportunidade de crescimento dentro da empresa. processo um pouco longo... 4 etapas no total
Four rounds of interviews with one in person building visit. One interview, zoom interview, in person visit w/ interview, final interview over zoom. It's a long and arduous process that didn't really sit well with me, but they do like to be thorough about who they're hiring based on first impressions. It's a lot of in person, customer service stuff with face to face interactions so it makes sense. Still, four rounds is kind of crazy.
