Muy confuso, poca y mala comunicación entre las diferentes personas involucradas, se le aviso a mi ex empleador de mi aceptación sin mi consentimiento y antes de que yo recibiera la oferta por « un malentendido » . Estuve meses sin claridad sobre el puesto que iba a desempeñar.

The process moved along slower than I have experienced. Complete monotony throughout the interviewing process. Scheduling was a nightmare and could take 2-3 weeks just to get on a calendar. There are candidate experience coordinators who’s job entails scheduling in a timely manner. My experience coordinator was “out sick” 3 times delaying the scheduling of my interviews by several months.
Additionally, the company “thrives” on collaboration... not the recruiting team. These people were the biggest time wasters... have no pull other than scheduling interviews.
Do not let the in-house recruiting team get your hopes up and waste your time. They wasted 4 months of my time!
