Recruiter initially reached out to do a phone screen. After the phone screen, was prompted to do a video interview where you're given one chance to record your response with roughly a minute of prep time after question was presented. After video interview, I was invited onsite for a building visit and interview with one of the community managers. The individual was late to our scheduled interview time and sent other employees to conduct a building tour as well as answer questions. During the interview with the building manager, the individual was more interested in if you have a hospitality background rather that what customer service skills you have. I couldn't help but feel that I was not wanted from the start of the process. After the interview, you spend an hour or so shadowing the front desk, and later ending with a quick written portion of how you would response to certain support tickets (through email) as well as action steps. The employees genuinely seem to like their job and the overall concept of the company is unique. However, as other glassdoor reviews mentioned, their HR processes is absolutely terrible. After the building visit, I sent the interviewer a follow-up email immediately thanking the individual for their time. I also reached out to the initial recruiter after a reasonable time period only to NOT receive a response from either. No denial of an offer, just radio silence from the moment I left the building. Not the most professional process I've ever have to deal with.
