The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes and didn't even last 10 minutes. It was as superficial and more important unprofessional like others already told. Actually I am shocked about it. They asked me about my experiences while she opened my CV to have her first look on it. So she never looked at it before? How can you listen to me when you are reading? She only asked me about my Part time role at Urban Outfitters. Probably the only name she knew. After scanning the CV for some seconds she decided that I don't have enough experiences for this job. I can totally understand this argument but not if you don't know your candidate at all. Very, very unprofessional.
Very professional and relevant to the job. Respect my time. Had one interview. Got the answers fast. Kept in touch though the entire process. Explained the role as needed and answered all
My questions.
Initial fielding call with the talent agent, followed by three separate follow-up interviews with various levels of management and concluding with a final comprehensive interview conducted by the local on-site team.
The interview process is very long and time taking and it takes about 2-3 months to get completed. They have about 5-7 interview rounds hierarchy wise starting from the direct manager or colleague to the top management
