Applied via online, received an email asking me to do a video assessment shortly after so they could fast track my application. Video assessments are always awkward but as long as you prepare properly you should be fine. The questions are all behavioral base, really just an opportunity for them to know more about you that can't be captured in a resume. Still waiting on their response.
