The interview process was pretty standard, although it was a couple of years ago, so I do not remember all of the details. The person I interviewed with was very friendly and it was a very comfortable conversation.
The interview for the position was fairly straightforward - walk through an example student college essay scenario and how you would offer feedback to them. You get ample time to prepare for it too.
