There was a 20 minute face to face interview with the manager and assistant manager where they go over your resume and ask your general questions about your knowledge and work experience. They told me that I was probably the most qualified candidate that they have had, and then gave me paperwork to take to get a drug screen, which I completed within an hour and brought back to them. I was then hired after bringing back the completed UA.
