I met the HR Manager at a job fair and sent my resume'. About a week or so later, I got a call to interview with her. It went great and she was very down-to-earth and easy to talk to. The VP was called away and unable to be at the interview at the last minute, so another interview was scheduled. A week or so later I met with the HR manager again and the VP of Waypoint and he was just as down-to-earth and straight forward as everyone else I had met at the company. I was offered the job at the end of the interview and started at the next training class date.
