Poor follow up - I had to follow up with recruiter several times. Flew to Boston for an on-site interview - heard HR employees chatting about the new training class who were sitting in the lobby 15 feet away. Very unprofessional. I spent an entire day interviewing with several different people. I am totally fine with not getting an offer, but the way the whole process was handled was poor. I had to follow up with the recuiter and then found out via email that I was not getting an offer. This was in March - in August the same recruiter emailed me and asked me if I was interested in interviewing again... ummm no!

Generic did not receive much feedback but interviewer was pleasant. It would be helpful if we receive feedback on interviews because it would help to improve for future endeavors. It helps no one when none is given.
normal interview process. walked in and met with the appropriate folks. nothing out of the ordinary. It lasted about 45 minutes in total. I was not offered the job but there are no hard feelings.

The Interview process was very straight forward, long as you are experienced with customer service answering them correctly should be a breeze. The interview is also conducted via web cam.
