Entrevista
1- Recruiter Screening- the recruiter was very nice and informative and enthusiastic
2- Hiring Manager Interview- it was a classic interview with some behavioral questions asked
3- Final Round that includes 1 case interview and 2 behavioral interviews- it was frustrating to have been asked more than 20 behavioral questions throughout the process. I questioned why it required this many questions and this many people to evaluate my candidacy.
The case interview was just like a management consulting case interview.
I was not offered the position at the end of the final round and did not receive any constructive feedback apart from "the case interview could be better". They just said basically there was a better candidate for the role.

Soooo many behavioral questions about how you used data to find insights, how you managed conflict, how you had to complete a task in limited time, etc.
Pathetic. Interviewed with multiple teams, standard questions but I don’t know why they have such high standards for entry level roles. They use google sheets for analytics. Yeah, you read that right. The offer is very difficult to come by, utter waste of time for the salary they pay

Entrevista
I applied and had a recruiter phonescreen. This recruiter was pinch-hitting from London for some Boston recruiters. I thought it went well, he said he thought it was a good match and he'd have an update for me in 24 hours. Unsurprisingly for Wayfair, there was no update. A day after I was supposed to get the update, I was rejected by an ATS form letter. Lack of respect, really.
It was structured and smooth. There's an online assessment, a recruiter phone screen, a hiring manager round, a case study interview (75 min), and a behavior panel interview (30 min*3). I think the process may vary depending on the role.
