Quick 30 minute interview with someone from Human Resources. The woman was friendly but the interview was a bit forward and they seem to care more about productivity and work rather than supporting and educating interns.

Had thorough recruiting interviews for full time and contract positions. They were very comprehensive and open about Wayfair and the hybrid schedule which was 1 or 2 days a quarter.

My initial conversation with the recruiter was great. Slightly lower salary than expected but interviewed anyways. I met with a man who was completely monotone. The feedback I received after the interview was rude and not prescriptive at all.
