Extremely unprofessional. Huge hot mess. I was contacted by a recruiter. We spoke about my resume and about what role I would like to interview for. (I applied for 2). The recruiter then asks me how much I make and what I would want from them. After expressing my desired wage. She said sure that should be manageable . After I spoke to the SM and the DM I was contacted by the same recruiter with an offer. However the recruiter offered me a position I didn't apply for. Then proceeds to offer me way below my desired wage. The recruiter not only was not respectful of my time but she also tried to incentivize me w horrible benefits. She tried to make the incentives add up to a larger salary. Had she told me that my desired wage was not attainable I would not have continued the process. She wasted my time. They do not have “competitive wages” at all. They actually pay below most normal wages. Once I declined she said shes going to work on another offer for me. I’ve never heard back. The lack of organization and structure throughout this process has left a horrible taste in my mouth and it really shows what the company culture is like already. Don't waste your energy or time. And the whole experience
