Talked with a recruiter for the first round and then was assigned an incredibly simple take home test.
Recruiter contacted me and passed along a message from their lead where he proceeded to accuse me of stealing code and then chastised me for not including features that weren't included in the directions and scope of the test. Other areas he apparently was upset that I didn't code exactly like him.
Dodged a bullet with this place. They're looking for mind readers, not to mention the insult of accusing me of stealing code when I wrote it all myself.
Solicité el puesto a través de una agencia de empleo. El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Wayfair (Boston, MA)
Entrevista
Pretty basic interview. Started with a phone screen from a recruiter, then a Skype call with a couple developers to code a basic networking app. After that, an onsite was scheduled. The onsite included about 3-4 interviews with pairs of developers and lasted about 4 hours. The people at Wayfair are super nice and there wasn't a time during the process I felt pressured or embarrassed.

Entrevista
1 Info call, 1 google hangout technical interview, and 1 onsite which consisted of 1 system design question, 1 behavioral interview, and 1 coding question (on the computer in xcode). The whole process was very easy and communication was very punctual. Everyone was very kind and the onsite was very welcoming. They were also very patient with me as I was still in the interview process with other companies.
