I have been approached via LinkedIn for my profile and considered for many open positions. The first hiring manager was really quick with answers and very professional. But after the first interview with HR, many things went wrong, showing internal dysfunction and lack of professionalism (wrong link in the invite for interview, rescheduling) . Furthermore, some sessions with different panelists have the exact same questions. After talking to over 10 (!) people over a period of 5 weeks, I had to chase HR over a week to have an answer about their decision. They decided not to move on with my application, but suggested to have a chat if I wanted to have more details about the reasons .I shared my availibilities two times for the clarification talk but it took another 10 day for the HR business partner to eventually get back to me. She called be but was clearly no prepared to any of my questions and had no clue why my application was rejected. I was surprised that such a big company can do such a bad job delivering feedback. It reflects really badly on the work HR is doing , especially because the BP didn't seem to care, which is shocking!!
