20 to 30 minute call with a recruiter. 5-hour, 4-part interview (coding exercise, team building and culture, application architecture/design, product mgmt / technical behavioral). Marking interview as "Difficult" because of the 5-hour marathon day of interviewing. Brain turns to mush in the second half, only 15 minutes in the middle for lunch. I would say the process was pretty fair and expectations were made clear by all the interviewers. Except for the application design (which was in the second half the 5 hours), who, based on the feedback, did not set expectations well, and so I completely disagree with their feedback. I knew I didn't do well enough in the coding exercise; of course I thought of a better solution the minute the next interview began. It is what it is. Would interview with this company again. But they need to set their expectations more clearly. And candidates should do a little extra work up front to make sure the expectations have been clearly set.

I got invitation for HR initial interview. On the day when meeting suppose to happen, I received cancellation from recruitment person without any explanation. I wrote email if recruiter wants to reschedule, but got no answer.
