It was very well organized, 6 people from 3 layers interviewed me for in total of 2.5 hours. It was a bit intense on the case study, but overall an effective process that allowed me and the company to get to know each other. I did not get the job eventually, but a senior interviewer responded to my thank-you note with a friendly invite for staying connected.

I was contacted by a recruiter for Wayfair via email. She indicated that she was Interested in scheduling a phone interview. I agreed. She called and we had a great conversation. She said she would forward my information to the hiring manager and they would call to schedule a face to face interview. I didn't hear anything for two weeks. Finally the recruiter emailed to schedule the interview and we agreed upon a date and time. I interviewed with the hiring manager and it went really well. She explained my role, where I would be working and took me on a tour of the plant. She even asked if I could start within two weeks of receiving an offer, and I told her yes. I sent a thank you email the next day and never heard back from them. A week and a half later I received an email from the recruiter who wanted to schedule a phone interview with another Sr. HR Manager. I agreed. The phone interview went ok, not the best so I wasn't sure how things would go. Needless to say, it's been 2 and a half months and I have never heard back from again. No rejection email or phone call. I sent three follow up emails each a week apart and called the recruiter once to leave a voicemail. They never responded. I have interviewed with different companies, but none have been as unprofessional as Wayfair. I understand them not being interested, but to go as far as to ignore a candidate after three interviews speaks badly to the company. If they treat potential employees this way, how do they treat their current employees. Very bad experience and I will not seek employment with them in the future.
