Looking for bubbly people. Doesn't matter how much experience you have in a call center or education. There are no questions regarding working in a call center. No questions of knowledge of a call center. More like a McDonalds interview . More of a teenage based work site.
the interview process was very straightforward and simple. they asked star method questions about experience and took time to throughly answer any questions I may have had. Very easy process
