The overall interview process was well structured, but relatively casual. I had a pre-screening interview to discuss my background, as well as the role and company. After this, I was set up with an in-person interview. Both of the recruiters I worked with were very helpful and friendly! They advised on what to wear, as well as provided an agenda for my interview day. I had 3 actual interviews, with two people in each interview. One was mainly conversational, the other two were 50/50 conversation and case studies.
