Entrevista
Fairly straightforward 3 stage process.
1st stage - initial conversation with someone from the team. This is all about fit and whether you possess the right skill set for the organisation.
2nd stage - a conversation with two consultants. This will be a manager and senior manager. This stage will go through your CV in more detail and they will probe you in certain areas.
3rd stage - this will be the case study phase. This will be with a director/ partner. You are provided the case study and have an hour to prep. You are provided with a couple topics to choose from. Once the hour is up you are expected to present back to the panel. This will take roughly 30 mins and once that's done there will be further questions on ambitions and skill set.
Overall the process was quite smooth and everyone was lovely. A good experience overall.

Entrevista
Sehr gut. HR war sehr zuvor kommend ,genau wie das erste Gespräch. Es war durchweg auf fachliche Kompetenz bezogen. Das Gespräch ist so gehalten das zu nächst eine Vorstellungsrunde stattfindet und dann fachliche Fragen.
3 entretiens (1 avec un consultant, 1 avec un Directeur avec un test de logique, 1 avec un Associé), le tout coordonné par un RH qui fait des points téléphoniques entre chaque entretien
