The first step HR screening. The second step was a meeting with the hiring manager. Finally, I met with the former position holder to understand the context for the role.

The interview was loosely structured, allowing the interview to be themselves. In the meeting with the hiring manager, he presented the business case and solicited insights, skills and experience that would serve to solve the problem.

Entrevista
One of the most pleasant processes I've been through. In terms of interviews: 1. Initial screening call with Talent Management team member (Camila is an absolute delight to interact with); 2. interview with another director; 3. interview with hiring manager; 4. Two panel interviews with various team members. Due to Covid, all meetings were via Zoom but process overall was smooth and respectful.

Interviews covered technical aspects specific to the role obviously, but there was certainly heavy focus on personality/cultural fit as well.
Application reviewed by employees with quite literally no understanding of how to evaluate a candidate. Exact words of the person I was in contact with were that "credentials do not make a qualified candidate"...
