Very extensive screening, Skype interviews, and over 10 hours of in-person interviews. This was intense, but made it abundantly clear this was the kind of company I wanted to join. It showed how careful and intentional they were about finding the right fit, values and commitment in hiring their employees.

Applied for Marketing position I was more then qualified for, and didn't hear back from Watkins Wellness one way or the other, so I called and inquired as to my application status, and was told they were still processing the applications. Called back again after another month, left a message and was told someone would contact me, but I never heard back. I called yet again after another month, and left a message, and was told someone would contact me, and yet again, nobody ever did. Very unprofessional organization with little to no follow-through on their commitments! Recommendations: * Use a software system to send out automated email communications, to acknowledge application received, and to acknowledge processing of application, and to let applicants know if they have been selected or not. * Respond to phone inquiries in one form or another, instead of simply ignoring them (unprofessional), or losing messages (unorganized).
