Two-step process. First you meet with an individual member of management. If they like you and want you to move onto the next step, then you go into a classroom-like set-up and spend 45 minutes listening to the basics of how the company runs. Then they'll ask you to tell them how likely you are to do the job on a scale from 1-10.
