After applying I received an e-mail requesting to schedule a 30-minute phone interview. After completing that step I was invited for a face-to-face. The final stage involved meeting seniors leaders within the department.

Took a very long time, but the questions were reasonable and people were nice. The important thing is getting past the screening by filling out the questionnaires with a strong interpretation of your skills.

30 minute Panel interview with a series of 8 questions, followed by a timed writing sample. Its been over a month and I never received any follow up after the interview which I find to be extremely unprofessional and disheartening.

First they ask the same questions to a group of potential applicants, then I think they narrow it down to a few applicants and hold further interviews with them. At least that's what I think.
