Recruiter mi contatta per un primo colloquio, fissiamo l’appuntamento e il giorno stabilito entro nella riunione ma lei non c’è. Rimango nella call per tutta la durata dell’appuntamento, lei non si presenta. Il tutto naturalmente senza avvisare. Provo a scrivere un’e-mail per chiedere spiegazioni e fissare un nuovo incontro, non ricevo alcuna risposta. Anche il giorno successivo provo a scrivere una seconda mail, ma cade nel vuoto tanto quanto la prima. Dopo una settimana, ricevo finalmente risposta e facciamo finalmente il colloquio. Qualche giorno dopo vengo rifiutata con un messaggio automatico in cui il mio nome era sbagliato. In generale, pessima comunicazione ed esperienza di selezione.

Really smooth interview. The interviewer was polite and told me about the company. She also was interested in knowing about my past experiences and how that would translate in my work at Warner. It helped that my past experiences were in music so all good.

The HR booked an interview but didn't show up for the call. Rescheduled the call and said they were on a company-wide day off (but well how would I know that you booked that time). Rescheduled the call for the next day and during the call informed me that they have frozen hiring for now.
