Call interview with HR and then in-person interview with the principal. After interview, there's a test with revit task and general code and construction questions. First you show your portfolio then the principal shows company's projects.

First, they will email you for phone screening (which the HR forgot to call me on scheduled time twice and rescheduled multiple times). Second, there will be a zoom Interview with director/manager in the department you are applying for. Last, they will ask you for an in-person Interview (with a 60mins basic Revit test).
