The interview was set up through and AI e-mail which seemed helpful at first, but there was no contact from the recruiter, which seemed very impersonal. Recruiter screening through the phone and she didn't know much about the role or wasn't willing to share. It went by very fast, felt like an interrogation, not a conversation. No response to thank you e-mail, or to check up e-mail a week later. The status of my application was just updated on the dashboard to "No longer in consideration". I have worked at Disney, and my last interview experience was nothing like this. This time it felt like a joke and waste of my time and hopes.
