The interview process involved two rounds of interviews back to back. Basic questions to help determine which department. They hold open interviews often which are promising because that usually means multiple open positions.
Easy and smooth. Organized and efficient. Very professional and polite. Thoughtful and considerate of my time. Great questions and wasn’t rushed. Felt respected and valued. Great experience. Worth the time and learned a lot.
one interview then with Human Resources. then a call back for the offer through workday it was fairly simple process because of the need of the store. lots of people leave overtime etc.
The interview process was smooth and professional. The recruiters were friendly, asked relevant questions, and provided timely feedback. Overall, it was a positive, well-organized experience. Everyone seemed approachable and supportive.
