Wasn't hard at all, only had to answer a few questions about when I was available. The only annoying thing was the horrible communication. Never answering phones or being indirect able various communications post interview.

Very easy and minimal, they ask basic questions online and are willing to train people that seem positive. Sometimes you get your training and the interview in the same day. The pay and benefits are shown to you and you may work that very day.
