Applied online for customer fulfillment associate (picking online grocery orders). A few weeks later, I got an email to schedule an interview. The questions revolved around my availabilities, explaining the job and how fast-paced it is. Honestly really short and easy (less than 10 minutes); OGP is a rapidly growing department and I think most stores as desperate to hire people, so you'll likely get the job if you apply. The very next day I got a job offer/orientation email.
Very calm basic questions like describe your self or tell me about your self and other usual questions like tell me about a time you were a part of a team.

It was simple and easy, Since they were looking for people immediately, they did not ask much. Walmart staffs were also super friendly and they offered me coffee. I am happy that I got the job
