Entrevista
I applied online and got a call a week later for an interview which was set up for the next morning. Was taken immediately back to HR who set me up in the employee lounge for my first interview which was 5 questions such as What was a time you went above and beyond the job's customer service requirements. What happened and what did you do and what was the outcome? All the questions were worded like this. I then had another interview with a manager in the HR office. 5 more questions of the same from him. He then had me sign for a background check and sent me off to have a drug test. It was a week later and I still hadn't heard anything back so I figured I didn't get it due to having 2 dui's. Well, they did call me and scheduled orientation and let me know I have to be in uniform for it. So off shopping I go!

None were difficult but I did choke on the last one with the 2nd manager and she gave me a moment to think about it while she made a quick call.
Easy and smooth. Organized and efficient. Very professional and polite. Thoughtful and considerate of my time. Great questions and wasn’t rushed. Felt respected and valued. Great experience. Worth the time and learned a lot.
one interview then with Human Resources. then a call back for the offer through workday it was fairly simple process because of the need of the store. lots of people leave overtime etc.
The interview process was smooth and professional. The recruiters were friendly, asked relevant questions, and provided timely feedback. Overall, it was a positive, well-organized experience. Everyone seemed approachable and supportive.
