Applied and received an email to set up a phone screen with a recruiter. This was about a 20 - 25 minute call, asked basic questions. I then was contacted by someone in a call center to get my availability for a Zoom interview and this was scheduled a few days later. I was interviewed by two people, both regional HR Managers. They each had three questions they asked, clearly scripted. They were not friendly or engaged. You’d expect an interview to be more conversational but this was just them asking a question without really acknowledging or paying attention to what I was saying. We ended the call after I asked a few questions and a week later someone from their recruitment team called to tell me they were moving forward with other candidates. Again, very much scripted and impersonal.
