I had a Zoom interview with other members of the Service Design team. They established a friendly, casual tone. I got the chance to share more about my process and background. Then I progressed to an in-person interview with the two of them and two additional team members, including leadership for the team. My impression is that they are all very smart, supportive, and specialized in their work.
