I was an intern during the summer of 2015. We were asked to apply for the program towards the end of the internship. We had two interviews that each had two individuals asking behavioral, finance, and accounting questions. A large portion of the interview was us asking questions about the company. Two days after our interviews, we were called into a director's office and given our offer.

There are 2, 45-minute interviews back to back. The interview is usually a 2 on 1 interview (a total of 4 people will interview you). There are approximately 7-8 behavioral questions, followed by 2-3 technical questions.
