Meet with manager , which was very nice and i was put in a room , where they told me what to expect and i used the computer to take a test on customer service.

Basic common knowledge question , on a computer, example like if you see a emplyee yea stealing would you tell? etc.
First I filled out an online application, then I was emailed an invitation to take an assessment that last about 20 minutes - and all the questions were about work styles and personality fit

Many personality questions and work style questions
Straightforward and to the point. Not many difficult questions for an entry level job. There were not many questions in general and it was mostly focused on how to handle difficult customer interactions.
