Very smooth and easy. They let you talk and explain everything. They are good listeners. Good/Bad I really do not know but overall it was great!!!! They ask for a lot of examples and work with you.
First I filled out an online application, then I was emailed an invitation to take an assessment that last about 20 minutes - and all the questions were about work styles and personality fit

Straightforward and to the point. Not many difficult questions for an entry level job. There were not many questions in general and it was mostly focused on how to handle difficult customer interactions.
