It is best for your own preparations and for your execution if you can keep your all of your answers in a format: 1. Describe a Situation 2. Describe your Action 3. Explain the Outcome. Only describe situations in which you had a direct influence, not second-hand accounts of team member's work ie: use this format to showcase your strengths and shining moments as a leader.
