The hiring and interview process was pretty basic. Any Walgreens employee will tell you to first apply online at Walgreens.com and then you can come in for an online assessment. After that assessment, they can pull your application from any system at any Walgreens. An in-person interview should follow after that.

First I filled out an online application, then I was emailed an invitation to take an assessment that last about 20 minutes - and all the questions were about work styles and personality fit

Many personality questions and work style questions
Straightforward and to the point. Not many difficult questions for an entry level job. There were not many questions in general and it was mostly focused on how to handle difficult customer interactions.
