I was first contacted by an HR representative with whom I had a 30 minute phone screen. After a week I was contacted again and invited to interview with the District Manager. The interview with the District Manager lasted for an hour and conisted of typical behavioral type interview questions.

Very casual and experience in retail is a plus. The daily tasks are pretty simple and could be considered an entry level job. The HR recruiter also asked about what I would do in hypothetical scenarios with customers.

Entrevista
My interview was done at one of the Walgreens stores within the area. I was interviewed by two store managers. All the questions were on a sheet of paper and they were all star (situation, task, action, result method questions. I think I answered maybe 5-7 questions talking about customer service experience and making leadership decisions. The interview was average not too difficult. I would say it is important to come up with the best answer you can at the moment and be confident.
