I had applied online got called over a month later. Set up and interview for the next day. I had to take an assessment there because I never went into the store to do it. But i scored very high the ASM like that. it was Short interview basic interview and situational questions although I cannot remember any of them. He told me multiple things he wasn't sure where he would put me photo or cashier. When talking about hours and days off he told me up front that they got by seniority. If someone requests the same day off as you the person whos been there longer will get it. If you've been there longer you have first pick of what days you want off. (Should have been a red flag.) he said he would make his decision by the end of the week and I never got a call. But two weeks later I got a call back. I accepted the job offer.

Very relaxed and comfortable. They were very open to questions I had and everyone seemed to enjoy working there. The store manage was very understanding with my School schedule. Everyone was very nice and helpful and patient
