Entrevista
Fill out the application online, do a quick phone interview, and then come in for the in-person interview. Some people had to come in twice (1 hour interview each time), but I came in once for a total of 2 hours. The interview is comprised of the standard behavioral questions and then the analytical component aka the cookie test. You look at some graphs, you look at some tables--of sales by product category, and then you make some conclusions. You then walk the interviewer through your findings.

The cookie test, I guess, but it was really not that bad at all. The easiest business case I've done by far, because you just need to present your findings, you don't need to come up with a good solution to a business problem.

Very smooth interview process. The HR department is very organized and helpful if you have questions. People are very friendly so relax when you come in. Many questions are asked specifically about analytic abilities and what types of problems you have solved in other business scenarios. Overall it is a very textbook style interview. Each recruiter basically reads off a series of questions from an interview packet. The questions are the standard behavioral questions you can find on a simple Google search of behavioral interview questions. Just don't forget to speak about your analytic problem solving skills with real life examples of how you solved business problems in the past.
