Entrevista
Firstly I was shown into a room with the other interviewees and asked to fill out a standard form name, uniform size etc and then we were told we would be the second group to go in. We went into another room about 6 of us and we had a scenario and bullet points to answer on flip chart paper. Two staff members were observing us and said we had 15 mins to answer all the questions as a group and present it at the end with our flipchart. The questions were quite simple e.g. healthy and safety, how to make a space more presentable, teamwork. That part was easy just make sure you input something for each point and work well with the group to show you're a team player. After we went back to the other room and waited to have our individual interviews. I got on really well with the lady who interviewed me, she was really friendly, so I was put at ease and we were able to have a casual chat. She asked me "tell me about yourself' "what hobbies do you do outside of work" " what is your greatest achievement" "why do you want to work at Waitress" then there were 4 main job questions "what opportunities and challenges do you think you will face doing a night shift" "explain a time when you had to change your approach, tell me why and what the outcome was" "explain a time when you had to challenge another person on your team, why and what was the outcome" and I can't remember the other one. We then went through my form and I asked any questions I had. I got an offer email a week later.

They asked some basic questions; it was a very friendly atmosphere; the recruitment process is very straightforward; I think it takes no more than two weeks. First a telephone interview, then an interview with the managers
it was a normal customer service interview with competency and situational questions and questions about yourself and all that kind of stuff. very basic part-time job interview that anyone could get through

Completed an online assessment that was harder than it seemed and then did an in person interview with one of the managers. She was very friendly and I felt at ease.
