Went to a room, did a group interview and had to complete a series of tasks. This then followed one-to-one interviews and an overview of the company, job and responsibilities.
We also then had the opportunity to ask questions to the employer about the role.
Pretty easy, just asked about experience and strengths. Then did a group exercise where we had to prioritise tasks. Then we had to talk about why we chose certain things and what impact it had on sales

The recruitment process comprised of one online task, one round of in-person group tasks (based on real life scenarios) and then a one to one interview. The online task, in-person group tasks and one to one questions were straightforward.
