Was pretty easy is usually a lot of sound students, nothing really out of the ordinary just practice questions on glass door. Online personality test is fairly easy just check your answers.

The interviewer was very calm and polite and they go through a list of prechosen questions. The questions were very brief and typical of a customer service position and the interview lasted about 20 mins.

Describe a challenging situation at work and how you handled it
First was a group interview in which we had to solve a task together. We were given multiple cards with different scenarios and we had to put them in order of which scenario is best to worst. Then we had an individual interview where they questioned us on our communication skills and general customer service skills.
I had a one to one interview with a member of the HR team. It was my first ever job interview and they were very friendly and supportive, it was a great experience.
