There were 3 stages. First stage was online application and questions about scenarios you had to answer correctly in order to pass. Then a group interview where we had to do various tasks and then a one to one interview.

There was a group interview where you had to do a time management task followed by individual interviews where you were asked basic questions about your history in food service and also your availability.

Online application form with competency questions and 'normal' questions such as 'why do you want this job', group assessment, usually in local branch, then 1:1 interview on the same day or within a few days. You can return to the online application, it doesn't have to be completed in one sitting.
