Had a group interview where they first started out with a written individual question. This was a list of customers who had dietary needs and you had to match a product with them from a made up catalogue ...eg Sarah is a pescetarian and she has £5 to spend, there was a prawn salad which was £7 or an egg sandwich which was £4.50. Then had the group aspect. We were given a list of jobs from our 'manager' to do during your shift, and there are 3 problems which have occurred. You then had to discuss which order these should go in, which is most important, how you would fix a problem etc. This part was really easy, which meant everyone was trying to talk, and just kept repeating each other, there was not discussion just agreement. It was really hard to get a word in as there were 8 of us and 10 mins to talk! Afterwards were the 1to1 interviews, i ended up waiting an hour for mine where i just sat in the hotel reception, i was the last to go and they asked me 4 questions. This part felt very rushed and like they just wanted to go home!
Overall i dont think it was a great interview, the group was large, question easy, long wait and short rushed 1to1. This was earlier today and they said they would get back to me in the next 48 hours!

A group interview with others - straightforward questions shared with the group. A one to one interview after this with the section manager - this was also very informal. I was offered the job and accepted.
Good combination of online testing and in person situational questions in store. Testing beforehand had a range of questions including scaled responses and videos. In store questions were more team building

Group interview followed by 1:1 interview and right to work checks. As a group we had to respond to a list of scenarios and say what we would do in given situations.
