You meet with an area people director and review your experince. Then you will meet with the divsion manager. If they approve you, the next step is to meet with the president of the company because his opinion is the only one that matters. If approved you will come in for an in unit interview with the people director and division manager. You will work with the store manager from 6:30am to 3pm Saturday and Sunday. They will pay you minimum wage for your time. If everything goes well, you will take a personality test. Then you will be required to take a hair follicle test, background, and credit check.
