Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Waddell & Reed (Costa Mesa, CA) en jul 2016
Entrevista
First round is a group interview. The division administrator (i think) gives an overview of the company and explains what being a financial advisor at W&R is really like.
A few hours later I got an email to complete an online personality assessment called LIMRA. Had to do it twice... I'm guessing they're checking for honesty in the answers. Took me about an hour or two.
Just finished the personality assessment waiting to hear back... I will keep you posted

Entrevista
typical interview for a high churn gig. leader dialog was heavy on the benefits, but candid on the negatives. staraight talker, info seems honest and openly told of how difficult it is to get through the entire liscencing part.
