I applied online for an analyst job and got a phone call from recruiter two days later to schedule a phone interview. The recruiter was friendly and ask a few behavior questions. A week later I was told they decide to choose another candidate

Smooth, everyone made a legitimate attempt at getting to know you as a person, rather than a potential employee. Ultimately went a different direction, but they have a good group.
