I interviewed for the Physical Climate & Natural Catastrophe Risk Consultant role and went through three rounds—first with HR, then with the Hiring Manager, and finally with a larger team with similar titles. A week after the final interview, HR contacted me to ask for my salary expectations. I shared that I would be open to moving forward if the offer was in the lower-mid range.
Unfortunately, after that conversation, I never heard back and HR completely ghosted me. This was disappointing, especially considering the time and effort I put into preparing for the interviews and taking time off from work. The lack of communication reflects poorly on their professionalism and respect for candidates' time.
